Lindsey Armeen
Lindsey has 20 years of experience as an executive administrator and project manager across various industries. Her philosophy on supporting senior executives and their teams is driven by the incredible relationships she forms and the understanding that her work has great impact for both individuals and the overall success of an organization. Her depth of work includes event creation and management for small and large convenings, both live and virtual.
After spending her younger years in the restaurant industry, Lindsey joined a boutique hedge fund working directly with the founder and portfolio manager. This role allowed her to try on many traditional office hats and hone a variety of skills. After moving to a similar role, she joined IDEO and discovered her career. The support provided to senior executives and their teams is driven by the incredible relationships formed and the understanding that both her tangible work and her role as an advisor has great impact for both individuals and the overall success of an organization. The relationship between an executive and their EA can be hugely meaningful for all. Lindsey now runs a small business where she and her team provide bespoke virtual EA support to business leaders across the US.
Lindsey lives in Sun Valley, ID where she enjoys a full life in the great outdoors. She is a mother of two, a wife, a daughter and a friend. All of these jobs are equally important and she feels complete when doing them well, while contributing to the joy and happiness of others.
Marne Esselman
Marne Esselman is an accomplished Executive Assistant, driven by her unwavering commitment to be an integral part of the success stories of the executives she supports. Her journey began in Boston, while still in college, she served as an assistant in the admissions office at Harvard Medical School. After graduating from Emerson College, Marne ventured into various roles, including magazine writing and PR. Yet, her true calling was rediscovered when she once again embraced the role of an Executive Assistant.
In 2020, Marne and her husband embarked on a life-changing journey, relocating to Sun Valley, ID, with a vision to provide their daughter with a mountain upbringing, surrounded by the enchanting beauty of aspens and endless ski slopes.
Marne takes pride in her ability to seamlessly manage intricate schedules, foster effective communication, and tackle a range of responsibilities with meticulous organization. Her key strengths, including self-motivation, keen attention to detail, and time management, are devoted to ensuring the flawless operation of executive functions.

Her career path is enriched by positions at renowned firms, including Loomis, Sayles & Company, an investment management firm; Wallwork Curry McKenna, a mid-sized advertising agency; and Korn Ferry, a global executive search firm.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Marne is actively involved in the Development Committee of The Sage School, where she played a pivotal role in raising half a million dollars at the inaugural fundraiser in 2023. She also enjoys exploring, savoring coffee, embracing the picturesque landscapes of Idaho, and cherishing moments on the tranquil beaches of Cape Cod.

Brittany is a master of the coordination craft and human-centered operations, empowering teams for over 13 years across various environments, from small start-ups to large organizations. She has an exceptional track record in providing executives and teams with proven effective communication, execution and implementation with ease.
Her career began at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, a global advertising agency, where she honed her skills in strategic planning as a Coordinator and Executive Assistant. At IDEO, a global design firm, she advanced in roles of increasing responsibility from Leadership Coordinator to Senior Coordination Lead and Senior Domain Coordination Lead. Most recently, Brittany relishes her role with Lindsey Armeen LLC.
Driven by a love for the people she works with, respect for the processes she designs, and pride in the outcomes she creates, Brittany has a demonstrated history in operational improvements, collaboration, and fostering a culture of creative excellence and inclusivity. Brittany holds a B.A. in Humanities from the University of Colorado at Boulder and has advanced training in design thinking and climate change.
